Qualifications:	John has been in the construction business for more than thirty years, working for the company in various capacities and positions, and was named president in 1995. He has been involved in every aspect of construction while working on a variety of projects covering nearly every sector of the business. John oversees every aspect of the company and is involved in all facets of its day to day operation.
Kirk Nassetta, Senior Project Manager

Qualifications:	Twenty nine years of proven experience in the management and development of conventional build and design-build infrastructure and facility projects ranging in value from less than $1 Million to $450 Million Dollars.
Steven J. Butler, Chief Estimator

Qualifications:	Steve visualizes projects’ various phases in great detail. He has good organizational skills; a thorough knowledge of construction materials, processes and software; and the ability to understand drawings and specification documents.
Ann Marie Pettibone, CPA, Controller
Education:	B.S.B.A. Western New England College, Springfield, MA, May, 1983
Professional Background:	2004-Present	Controller, Enfield Builders, Inc.
Professional Associations:	Member Connecticut Society of CPA’s and American Institute of CPA’s.
Qualifications:	Responsible for all Financial/Accounting departments including treasury, risk management, information technology, cost accounting, and human resources. Responsible for preparation of monthly financial statements, year-end tax projections, managing lines of credit, work in process schedules, and oversight of accounting staff and administrative personnel.
William Petronella, Vice President
Education:	Associates Degree, Springfield Technical College, Civil Engineering
Professional Background:	1977-Present	Various Capacities for Enfield Builders including Site Supervisor, Estimator, and Project Manager
Qualifications:	Since 1977, has held several key positions within Enfield Builders, Inc. His experience includes estimating, job superintendent, project coordinator and project manager. He is an effective manager, and together with demonstrated skill in planning/organizing, has contributed to a solid record of completing difficult projects within time and budget constraints.
Joseph Petronella, Vice President
